Applications have to be made through online only. This year, there is no need to submit the hard copy of the application.
New User can register using mobile number, email ID, Date of Birth and +2 Exam Roll Number.
For the subsequent login use, please use the mobile phone number as LOGIN ID and Use the Date of Birth as password.
When the user enters using login the first time, all the courses available in the college for Shift I and Shift II will be displayed along with the application fees payable and the applicant can select one or more courses he/she wishes to apply and then proceed to make online payment.
All the fees payable for various courses (UG or PGAided Stream) are mentioned in the Prospectus.
+2 Mark Statements, Community Certificate, Baptism Certificate, Passport Size Photo, Aadhar card, Certificate for Physically Challenged should be scanned and uploaded.
If any applicant got selected/admitted in one course, his/her applications will be disabled for the other courses. (If he/she has applied for more than one course).
The scanned certificates are verified only for the selected applicants (not for all the applicants) which reduces manual work. If any scanned certificates are false, applications will be rejected.
Once the payment process is initiated, the system will give the Transaction ID and the user has to make a note of “Transaction number” for any future clarification on payment status.
Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking is needed for online payment.
After completing the payment process, the system will give the payment confirmation slip and the same can be printed using the browser print option.
Aadhar Card Number of the Applicant is mandatory.
Go to the Registered Login, enter Mobile phone number and Date of Birth for updating pending payments, if any.
Do not attempt a second time to make a payment before verification.
Incomplete Applications will not be processed.
Applications submitted after the last date of submission will be considered as late applications.
For PG Admission, applicants can apply with first Five Semester (I-V Semester) mark statements, if they do not have VI semester results.
Submission of Online Application form does not entitle or guarantee for automatic admission.
The College Admission Committee will finalize the list provisionally based on Government rules and regulations.
Selection list will be displayed on the College Notice Board, Website (Admission Portal) and SMS will be sent to the Applicant.

Selected Candidates will be informed through SMS regarding the interview at the college.
Parents along with their wards (candidates) have to meet the Principal with all necessary supporting documents in original along with the hard copy of the application submitted online.
All the Provisionally selected Roman Catholic Candidates should get the signature of the Parish Priest in the hardcopy of the application form and should also submit the Original Baptism Certificate at the time of the interview.
