The department of Corporate Secretaryship is the offshoot of the four decade old Commerce department. It strives to provide knowledge and experiences and opportunity for the students and the staff to dedicate them in a co-operative effort to identify and solve the problems in the global arena. It promotes and develops scientific methods of teaching and encourages conduct of seminars, guest lectures on subjects of professional interest for cross-fertilization of ideas to professional growth.

This course will make the students competent taking up wide range of responsible positions in the Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Accounts, Personnel, Administrative, Security Market analyst, Share Dealer, Fund Manager, Company Consultant and Tax planner sectors.
